A Neapolitan Dinner Party You Won’t Forget
There’s something special about gathering around a table with people who share your love of food. That’s exactly what we’re doing this March, and I couldn’t be more excited to share the details with you.
The Menu: Red King & White Queen
For our Neapolitan dinner party, we’re celebrating two iconic dishes from Naples’ culinary heritage—what locals affectionately call the “Red King” and the “White Queen.” These aren’t just dishes; they’re cultural touchstones that represent everything I love about Italian food: simplicity, tradition, and pure soul.
When word got out that people were wondering whether we’d feature pasta al nero di seppia (that gorgeous squid ink pasta) or some version of chocolate, the requests started pouring in. Chef J-Ping Wang of Solo Pasta took it as a personal challenge—and I mean that literally. The man showed up with freshly prepared pig’s blood to create a chocolate creation that’s both unexpected and absolutely delicious. Classic Neapolitan chaos, but make it dessert.
Special Additions
Beyond our main menu, we’re adding authentic touches that capture the spirit of Naples:

🍷 Witch’s Wine & Chocolate: Chef J-Ping’s daring take on blood chocolate with our curated wine selection

Time: 6:00 PM arrival | 6:30 PM service begins
Venue: Solo Pasta
Price: $2,300 per person (no service charge)
Note: Children are charged at full price. We’ll provide a curated selection of wines—please don’t bring your own.
Important Information
This is a convivial party-style gathering, which means you’ll be sharing tables and dishes with other guests. It’s part of the magic. However, please note that we cannot accommodate menu substitutions, so if you have specific dietary needs, this may not be the event for you.
Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required to secure your spot. If you need to cancel, you must notify us by the day before the dinner. There’s a $1,000 food preparation fee regardless, though you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member.
