For over 20 years, I’ve lived between Taiwan and Naples—two cultures that approach food in completely different ways, yet share the same intensity.

What began as adaptation became understanding. And eventually, a way of translating one culture to another.

What I Do

My work goes beyond recipes. I interpret food as culture—through content, experiences, and cross-market collaborations between Europe and Asia.

I am also the author of a Chinese-language cookbook dedicated to Southern Italian cuisine, introducing authentic flavors and cultural context to a Taiwanese audience.
